ATTIC/EXHAUST FANS and SATELLITE DISHES
Effectively immediately, due to the installation of new roofs in 2017/2018, the Exterior Alteration and Usage Policy has been amended. Installation of Attic/Exhaust fans and Satellite Dishes are no longer permitted on the roof as they would compromise or void the special warranty purchased from the shingle manufacturer.

STORE PERSONAL ITEMS
Items such as snow shovels, tires and toys - among others - may not be permanently stored on porches or in the front or side of any unit. Personal items can be stored within the confines of a deck, patio or within 14 feet from the rear door of your unit.
